We offer a non-transferable 3 year lifetime warranty on all our subwoofers that covers manufacture defects. This warranty will not cover abuse or failures due to clipping, overpowering, or burnt coils. Within the first year of your original purchase date, we offer a full replacement of the driver, if inspection certifies that damage was due to manufacturer. Any warranties submitted outside of the first year of original purchase date will be inspected to see if product falls under the warranty guideline. After inspection, the subwoofer will be repaired or replaced pending warranty. If the driver falls outside of the warranty period, we will contact the customer to discuss various options available. Any warranties submitted and verified by inspection team that was determined to be a failure due to manufacturer, return shipping will be covered by CP Audio within the 48 contiguous states. All warranties submitted outside of the first year, customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
